There are some basic easy things you can do daily to keep your health in balance and enjoy a since of well being in your physical body and emotional world we live in.

We seem to flow with different emotional tides that try to control us. Like waves of sea in our little earth suites swaying through storms and peaceful situations.

The body has a thermostat of our wellness called our PH. If your PH level is too acidic you will be sick, if PH is more alkaline you will feel better.

Like a stagnant pond acidic to a flowing beautiful stream alkaline.

So here are some basic everyday things you can do to help control your well being, and control the bacteria and germs we come into contact with everyday.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar- Braggs is best 1/2 oz to 4 oz of water in morning. Normalize yeast, Candida in body. Lower blood pressure and tonic restore energy.

2. Baking Soda- 1/2 teaspoon to about 4oz water in morning. Also dip your toothbrush into powder baking soda and brush your teeth with it.

( Lemons are also good- squeeze one into cup of hot water in morning to jump start metabolize.)

3. Hydrogen peroxide- 1/3rd to 2/3rds water gargle with and clean your toothbrush in.

4. Aloe Vera juice- digestive healer

5. Oatmeal- clean out those arteries

6. Fresh vegetables, fruits, preferable organic, whole or juiced

7. Garlic, onions, wheat germ, avocadoes, eggs, lemons

8. Good quality vitamin, mineral supplement

9. Natural herbs- Green tea, Pau D'Arco, Gotu Kola, Alfalfa, Kelp, Spirulina, Echinacea, Red Clover blossoms, rose hips, dandelion, and many others that help flush out toxins and rebuild cells. Different herbs are good for different parts of body.
